Ten Tips To Help You De-stress

Pursue your passion and do what you love doing.

Exercise - find a physical exercise that you enjoy. It will improve your mood.

Massage or bodywork for releasing muscular tension.

Have a new black out, constant bad news is not healthy for out bodies.

Spend time in nature, it can be as simple as going to a park or even your backyard.

Laughter - it really is the best medicine for lowing tension so watch or read something funny or spend time with friends that make you laugh.

Be kind to yourself, negative thoughts increase stress.

Spend some time in silence each day either quiet time or mediation.

Crying is very cleansing and promotes relaxation.

Remind yourself most things aren't that important.
